How Coaches are Chosen:

 

 Coaches are chosen based on several criteria.

 

1. Knowledge of Sport.

2. Dependability

3. Background checks (these are required)

4. Availibilty of schedule.

5. Prior coaches are given first choice provided no problems have occured during their prior coaching time.

6. Legitimate parents concerns are addressed when choosing coaches.

 

 

RRYL tries to get parents involved as much as possible. Ultimately parents are the success or failure of any sport. RRYL exercises the right pull a coach at anytime if their actions are deemed inapproriate or detrimental to parents and or children. The goal is to teach children to work together. We expect ALL COACHES to act in a manner of respect to children and parents, we expect the same from parents and children to coaches. Coaches need to leave personal issues off the fields! Issues that arise need to be addressed IMMEDIATELY with The RRYL Board.
